The contract for the first phase of the academic building construction was completed in July 1998. It covers the completion of all skeleton works of the total college, it includes site clearing , excavation, foundations, concrete skeleton, structural frame, external envelope, internal walls, first fix of electrical installations, external fences and gates.

The second phase of the college construction includes electrical works, mechanical works and interior finishing of the college building. This phase will complete the college construction. The contract was awarded on August 1998, estimating the completion of construction of the whole academic building by February 2000.

Equipment & furniture procurement is expected to take place during the period of March 1999 to March 2000. Faculty development to run the College will start on June 1999 and finish on June 2000. College operation will start on September 2000.
