An-Najah National University is a non-profit educational foundation, founded 1918 in the city of Nablus, Palestine. Started as a School, developed to College status in 1941, upgraded to Community College in 1963 and became a University in 1977. During the past two decades, the University was one of the steadfast educational institutions of Palestine, facing occupation and hardship, participating in supporting Palestinians. Today, An-Najah National University is the largest Palestinian University, accommodating 8500 students. |
